TANDLER Zahnrad- und Getriebefabrik manufacture high precision gearboxes and gears. Together with Härterei Tandler, their heat treatment plant, the TANDLER group contains all the manufacturing processes, from design through to delivery of their completed drive units, including a 24 hour emergency service. Furthermore, the heat treatment plant operates a sub contract service available to outside companies.
Latest innovations by TANDLER include the development of a new heat treatment procedure called Tan-Ox ® and the design and introduction of the ServoFoxx ® range of gearboxes specifically designed for use with servo motors.
Since 1949, TANDLER have manufactured precision gears for a very wide variety of industries. Beginning with spiral bevel and later speed modulation gearboxes, TANDLER products have enhanced the operation and performance of process machinery the world over.
Offering high precision speed modulation gearboxes since 1970, TANDLER used their knowlege in planetary gearbox stages to introduce the ServoFoxx range of gearboxes, a combination of planetary and spiral bevel gearboxes to give the most comprehensive gearbox range available.
Today, more than 200 employees design and manufacture high precision gearboxes and gears especially designed to customers specifications.
Gears
There are gears in different sizes and miscellaneous designs. Durability, load capacity and noise levels from a gear wheel set, i.e. the quality required, influence the gear design and the production processes.
Besides offering normal quality, we are specialists in producing gears to ever closer tolerances and in optimising processes and quality controls through our ongoing research and development activities.
Another advantage is our expertise in heat treatment. Härterei Tandler , our heat treatment plant, is situated right beside our gear and gearbox factory and is certified to ISO9001:2000.
